‘Telugammayi’ next schedule from Jan 21

View Telugammai Gallery After playing heroine in ‘Maryada Ramanna’, Saloni was flooded with offers, but she was a little choosy in selecting the subject in order to brighten her future career. As she was impressed with the subject, she gave her nod to a film ‘Telugammayi’ to be directed by Raja Vannem Reddy. Vanapalli Babu Rao is producing the film on the banner of Vaishnavi Movies. The first schedule of the film was complete some time ago and the unit is getting ready for its next schedule from January 21 at Palakole. The director says, ‘The story was woven around a courageous woman. Most of the film was shot in the backdrop of Godavari Express. We erected a special set of the train in Ramoji Film City for the purpose. Why we chose a train in its backdrop had to be seen on the screen. We are making the film with an impressive narration to attract all classes of audiences.’ Vikram, Yashwant, Saichand and Harsha are playing the heroes in the movie while Vandemataram Srinivas is scoring tunes for the flick.
