Balayya files case on a Website!

Nandamuri Balakrshna files case against a website called www.ihatebalayya.com for defaming the Nandamuri heroes mainly NBK and Jr NTR. The website contains morphed pictures of Nandamuri heroes and also contains several jokes humiliating them.

The cyber crime cops have warned of serious action against the fans who are morphing pictures and videos which are derogatory, defamatory and highly offensive. Ihatechiru.com, ihatebalayya.com, wehatebalayya.blogspot.com, wehatechiru.blogspot.com.anti-balayya.blogspot.com and jokesonchiru.blogspot.com are some of the hate sites identified by the Crime Investigation Department.

The additional superintendent of police of Crime Investigation Department (cyber crime), Mr U. Ram Mohan, said, “Under Section 66(a) of the Information Technology Act, if a computer is used for sending and posting grossly offensive content and criminal hatred, it is punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine,” Mr Mohan, elaborated on the star fans’ hate sites.
