Heavy beauty Namitha, who is quite popular in Kollywood than Tollywood is planning to start a new business. This beauty doesn't much offers in her hand is trying to get money from other sources. Namitha was seen in the Simha movie with Balakrishna.

She is getting chances for skin show characters only; she is not getting the full length heroine roles. She seems reduced the weight also to garb the offers but still she is not getting many offers. So she is planning to start a new business, as per the sources Namitha has a bit knowledge on Real Estates Business. So she started a real estate business with the name 'Balaji Developers' company in Mumbai it seems. Namitha's friend Bharath Kapoor will look the Company while she is busy with the shootings.
