Age limit: 21 years of age and not more than 35 years as on 31/03/2011 (SC/ST/Ex-service man have age relaxation as per Govt. rules)
Application Fee: For all candidates (other than SC/ST category) Rs.100/- must paid by Demand Draft (DD) favouring of “Life Insurance Corporation of India” and payable at KOLKATA.
How to apply: The interested and eligible candidates may send their application in the given format which shall be either hand-written in bold capitals or type written foolscap size paper only and the application should be properly signed by candidate along with Demand Draft (DD), attested copies of necessary certificates to the respective address.
Last date for the receipt of application: 15th March, 2011.
Last date for receipt of application for Andaman, NICO bar, Lakshadweep and Minicoy islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division and J&k State, Lahaul and Spiti Districts and Pangi Sub-Divsion of Chamba, District and Himachal Pradesh: 22nd March, 2011.
